Hi there, I'm Jim Patterson of Phoenix, Arizona. Welcome to my photography page. My primary camera is the Canon 7D and I use the SD950 as a backup. My digital darkroom is made up of Photoshop and Adobe Lightroom, both on a Mac. By the way, if you haven’t used a photography workflow program like Lightroom or even Apple’s Aperture, you really must try it.

I'm professor of business/i.t. at Paradise Valley Community College. I also teach as an adjunct for Northern Arizona University. In addition to this site and my faculty page, I also have a technology blog.
